Privacy draft
This draft describes the current prototype. It is not a declaration that a commercial service or payment system is live. Operator identity, hosting arrangements, applicable legal requirements and retention rules need to be completed and reviewed before publication.
Your cover stays in the browser
Selected PDF files and the dimensions you enter are processed in the current browser session. The application does not upload PDF bytes, filenames, rendered pages, or cover text to a server. Downloads are generated on your device. The original file is not overwritten. Close the page to end the current processing session; downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them.
Accounts, payments and analytics
The current prototype has no user accounts, checkout, payment records, advertising, newsletter signup or third-party analytics. It does not set application cookies or use application local storage. These statements must be revisited if those features are introduced. We do not use PDF content to train AI models.
Fonts and external links
The stylesheet currently requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore contacts Google to fetch font resources and may transmit connection information such as your IP address and browser headers. PDF content is not included in those font requests. Links to Amazon KDP open third-party websites governed by their own policies.
Support email
If you contact [email protected], your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to Gmail and read to handle your request. Do not attach a cover unless it is needed and you are comfortable sharing it. The operator's location is mainland China; email and any future hosting providers may process data in other countries. Provider locations, contractual safeguards, legal bases and specific retention periods require review before this draft becomes effective.
Requests and controls
You can stop using the tool and close the page. Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence, or ask about data handling. Applicable rights, response periods, identity checks and any lawful retention exceptions will be stated in the final policy. Do not send identity documents with an initial request.
Before a hosted launch
The final policy must identify the accountable operator, hosting and email processors, request/security logs, retention periods, legal bases, international-transfer arrangements and applicable user rights. This prototype draft has not received legal review. Any change to payment, storage or tracking must be reflected before that feature launches.
